Streetfishing Germany

Streetfishing events are held throughout the city on the water bodies, announced by the hosts before the start. These can be both fresh water bodies (e.g. canals, rivers, lakes, ponds, etc.) and salt water bodies (e.g. sea, ocean, estuary, etc.). The specific fishing locations will be announced before the start or each participant will receive a map of the water bodies where fishing will be permitted.
The competitor shall be at the meeting place well in advance, no later than 1 hour before the start.
The competitor confirms his/her participation when he/she arrives and fills out a form. The hosts fill out a Fishing Sheet for him/her to record the caught fish.
Our events take place in Germany, in full compliance with German fishing laws and the regulations of the local fishing society in which they are to be held.
Each competitor needs to have an annual or daily map for the fishing ground. It is possible that the daily maps will be provided by the event hosts. This information will be added to the rules of the particular event.
Before the start of the event, competitors are divided into groups of two by drawing lots. The Fishing Sheet of one player is given to his partner and vice versa. The partners

act as Referees for each other. When one competitor catches a fish, he/she shall show it to his/her partner and the partner shall enter it on the Fishing Sheet.
If the number of competitors is odd, the last three competitors are combined into a threesome, following all of the above.
The events will be held in two stages, one before lunch (e.g. from 9.00 to 12.00) and one after lunch (e.g. from 13.00 to 16.00). The first half of the day is guided by one competitor, the second one, by another. The competitor who guides chooses the place to fish and the period of time to stay there.
The first one to guide is decided by drawing lots (coin toss), heads or tails or by mutual agreement.
During the entire event, the fishermen shall stay together (maximum 20 meters away from each other) and they shall be in each other' sights at all times.
The minimum distance between the groups is 10 meters (the distance between the groups can be less, only if mutually agreed upon). Competitors from one group shall not stand between the competitors of the other group (no splitting of the group is allowed). All the competitors shall not disturb each other when fishing. If you came to the place first and another competitor came later and interferes with your catch, you can appeal to the Referees and the violator will be punished.
Each competitor's Fishing Sheet contains the species of fish and the minimum size to be credited with points, the number of which is equal to the length of the fish in centimetres.
For example: A perch of 22 cm brings 22 points. The first fifteen perch under 22 cm bring 5 points each. All other perch under 22 cm will give the competitor 1 point. The perch over 22 cm bring the competitor the amount of points equal to their size in centimetres.
Another example: You have caught 20 small (less than 22 cm) perch. Points for the first 15 fish are multiplied by 5 points and bring the competitor 75 points. The other five bring you five points. 80 points in total. Then you catch 30 cm (30 points) and 40 cm (40 points) perch. You get a total of 150 points.
The other fish are counted according to the same principle, but each species has its own credit size:

Perch: 22 cm
Pike perch: 42 cm
Jack pike: 45 cm

Any other fish (goby, asp, chub, ide, bream, carp, roach, etc.) of any size caught properly by the mouth or in the head's area brings the competitor 1 point.

Please note: All fish to be credited shall be pictured on the meter along with the competitor's card. The fish shall be pictured lying on the meter with its head towards -0, its belly towards the fisherman. The number of centimetres shall be clearly visible in the picture. If it is unclear from the photo what size the fish is, it does not count.

Please note: All fish caught by mouth, both predatory and non-predatory, are counted. If the fish is not caught by the mouth, the hook should be in the head area, not further than the end of the gill covers. If the hook is behind the gill covers, the fish is not counted, as well as any other fish that has been foul-hooked.
The length of the fish is rounded off in 0.5 cm increments.
Example: You have caught a perch 21.5 cm, it counts as the one of 22 cm. You have caught a perch of 21.4 mm, it is rounded to 21 cm, and this is not counted.

Please note: Each competitor shall have a fish mat (this can be a camping mat). Place the mat first, put a meter on it, and only then put the fish. The fish pictured on the ground will not be counted. If you have a wide meter and the fish is not touching the ground when you take a picture, it can be pictured without a mat, and the catch is counted. If a fish accidentally (not intentionally placed on the ground) jumped off on the ground when you take a picture, it must be immediately returned to the mat. In this case, the fish will be counted.

Fishing is allowed at our events with all types of spinning gear: drop-shot, tippet, Karolina Rig, Texas Rig, split-shot, ice fishing jig, jig-ring, micro-jig, etc. and only using artificial baits. Natural baits are prohibited. If a competitor is discovered to have used them, he/she will be disqualified. Fly fishing is prohibited.
No more than two assembled spinning rods are allowed, but only one can be used for fishing.
The winner of the event is determined by the number of points. The one with the most points wins.

These rules are for the use of this group only, not for distribution elsewhere.
The Group Administration is entitled to amend the rules of the event anytime.

Les rencontres de streetfishing ont lieu dans les limites de la ville sur les plans d'eau, qui seront annoncés par les organisateurs avant le début des competitions. Il peut s'agir aussi bien de réservoirs d'eau douce (canaux, rivières, lacs, étangs, etc.) que de réservoirs d'eau salée (mer, océan, estuaire, etc.) Les lieux de pêche spécifiques seront annoncés avant le début ou chaque participant recevra une carte des plans d'eau où la pêche sera autorisée.
Le participant doit arriver au lieu de rassemblement à l'avance, au plus tard 1 heure avant le départ.
À l'arrivée, le participant confirme sa participation, remplit le questionnaire. Les organisateurs remplissent un document de capture dans lequel les poissons capturés seront enregistrés.
Nos réunions ont lieu sur le territoire de l'Allemagne, dans le plein respect des lois allemandes sur la pêche et de la société de pêche spécifique sur le territoire de laquelle elles auront lieu.
Chaque participant doit avoir une carte annuelle ou quotidienne sur le site de pêche. Il est possible que les cartes du jour seront fournies par les organisateurs, ce qui sera écrit dans le règlement d'une réunion particulière.
Avant le début de la réunion, les participants sont divisés en paires par tirage au sort. La feuille de capture d'un participant est donnée à son partenaire et vice versa.

Les partenaires sont les juges les uns pour les autres. Lorsque l'un des deux a attrapé un poisson, il doit le montrer à son partenaire et ce dernier doit faire une inscription appropriée dans la feuille de capture. Si le nombre de participants est impair, les trois derniers participants de la réunion sont combinés en un triple, avec la mise en œuvre de tout ce qui précède. Les réunions se dérouleront en deux étapes, avant le déjeuner (par exemple de 9h00 à 12h00)et après le déjeuner (par exemple de 13-00 à 16-00). La première moitié de la journée est menée par un participant, la seconde, par l'autre. Le participant qui dirige détermine à quel endroit attraper et combien de temps s'y attarder.
L'ordre de ce qui mène en premier est décidé par tirage au sort (jeu de pièces), pile-face ou par accord mutuel.
Tout le temps de la réunion, les pêcheurs doivent être ensemble (a distance l'un de l'autre ne dépasse pas 20 mètres), et ils doivent se voir constamment. La distance minimale entre les paires est de 10 mètres (la distance entre les paires ne peut être inférieure qu'avec consentement mutuel). Les participants d'une paire ne peuvent pas se lever entre les participants d'une autre paire (il est interdit de séparer les paires). Les participants ne doivent pas interférer les uns avec les autres lors de la pêche. Dans le cas où vous avez pris la place en premier, et l'autre participant est venu plus tard et vous empêche de pêcher, vous pouvez vous adresser aux juges et le contrevenant sera puni.
Dans la feuille de capture de chaque participant, les types de poissons et les tailles sont écrits, avec lesquels le nombre de points est attribué, égal à la longueur du poisson en centimètres.
Par exemple : une Perche de 22 cm apporte 22 points. Les 15 premières perches de moins de 22 cm apportent 5 points chacun. Tous les perches de moins de 22 cm capturées ultérieurement donneront au participant 1 point. Les perches à partir de 22 cm rapportent au participant autant de points qu'il y a de centimètres dedans.
Un autre exemple : Vous avez attrapé 20 perches (moins de 22 cm) qui, du fait de leur taille, ne compteront pas. Nous multiplions les 15 premiers pcs. de 5 points et ils vous rapportent 75 points. Les cinq autres vous rapportent 5 points. Tous ensemble 80 points. Ensuite, vous attrapez une perche de 30 cm (30 points) et 40 cm (40 points). En conséquence, vous obtenez 150 points.
Le reste des poissons est considéré selon le même principe, mais chaque espèce a sa propre taille à prendre en compte :

Perche : 22 cm
Sandre : 42 cm
Brochet : 45 cm

Tout autre poisson (gobie, aspic, chevesne, ide, dorade, carpe, gardon, etc.) de toute taille capturé comme prévu par la bouche ou dans la zone de la tête rapporte au participant 1 point.

Attention : tous les poissons à prendre en compte doivent être photographiés sur le compteur avec la carte de membre. Vous devez photographier le poisson de manière à ce qu'il repose sur le compteur avec la tête vers -0, le ventre vers l'athlète. Le poisson doit être photographié de manière à ce qu'il soit clairement visible, combien de centimètres il est. Si la photo ne permet pas de déterminer la taille du poisson, il ne compte pas.

Attention : Dans nos compétitions, tous les poissons carnassier et pacifique, pris par la bouche sont pris en compte. Si le poisson n'est pas attrapé par la bouche, l'hameçon doit être dans la zone de la tête, pas plus loin que l'extrémité des opercules branchiaux du poisson. Si l'hameçon est situé derrière les opercules branchiaux, le poisson n'est pas compté, comme tout autre poisson attrapé avec le harpin.
La longueur du poisson est arrondie par incréments de 0,5 cm.
Exemple : vous avez attrapé une perche de 21,5 cm, elle va au score comme 22 cm. Vous avez attrapé une perche de 21,4 mm, qui est arrondie par les règles mathématiques à 21 cm, selon les normes établies, la perche n'est pas comptée.

Attention : Chaque participant doit avoir un tapis de poisson (il peut s'agir d'un tapis de camping). Tout d'abord, le tapis est étalé, un compteur est placé dessus et puis seulement un poisson. Le poisson photographié sur le sol ne sera pas compté. Si vous avez un compteur large et que lorsque vous photographiez le poisson ne touche pas le sol, il peut être photographié sans tapis, la capture est comptée. Si un poisson saute accidentellement du sol pendant qu'il est photographié (vous ne l'avez pas délibérément posé au sol), il doit être immédiatement remis sur le tapis, auquel cas cela est compté.

Lors de nos rencontres, il est permis de pêcher au spinning avec tous les montages : drop-shot, bas de ligne rétractable, carolina, texas rigs, split-shot, calamarette, jig-rig, micro-jig, etc. et uniquement sur des appâts artificiels. Les appâts naturels sont interdits. Si un participant est reconnu coupable de leur utilisation, une disqualification sera suivie. La pêche à la mouche est interdite.
Il est permis de ne pas avoir plus de 2 spinnings ramassés avec soi, pour n'en utiliser qu'un seul.
Le vainqueur de la rencontre est déterminé par le nombre de points. Celui qui a le plus de points gagne.

Ces règles sont uniquement destinées à être utilisées par ce groupe, et non à être transférées ailleurs.
L'administration du groupe se réserve le droit d'apporter des modifications aux règles de réunion à l'avenir.
